Payment Options
We accept payments via Payfast or EFT. For EFT payments, please make payment promptly and send proof of payment to ensure your order is processed without delay.
Packaging Process
To ensure your plants arrive in great condition, we ship them bare-root—without pots or soil. This prevents damage during transit. Pots and soil seen in our photos are for display purposes only.
Each plant is carefully wrapped and secured in a sturdy box with plant-friendly packaging. A small amount of soil is left on the roots to keep them healthy and help them settle quickly into their new home.
We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, to avoid your plants sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
